Some new pictures of Kia Sonnet have come out which are revealing a new color of the car. Although the SUV has now been officially shown, but the company has not told anything about this orange color. This orange color film is also not in the official color list of the car on the company's website and it is possible that it will be introduced at the time of launch.

Many dealers of the Kia have started taking informal bookings for the new subcompact SUV, while official booking will start later this month. Kia Sonnet SUV to be launched in the country by mid-September

The new Kia Sonnet will be offered in both GT-line and take-line trims. The SUV will get Kia's signature Tiger nose grille with LED headlights, LED day-time running lamps, sporty 16-inch alloy wheels, LED taillamps and roof rails. The cabin will also come with a premium design, with either a dual-tone beige / black theme (take-line) or an all-black theme (GT-line). The GT-line trim will come with a flat-bottom steering wheel.

Sonet Features

Talking about the features, the Kia Sonnet will have a 10.25-inch HD infotainment display first seen in the segment, which will get Kia's UVO connected car technology. Also, Bose's 7 speaker sound system, ventilated front seats and air purifier with virus protection will also be available. Apart from this, the company will also provide a wireless phone charger and an electric sunroof in the car. Kia says that the sonnet will come with many safety features including 6 airbags.

Engine Specification

Like the Hyunde Venue, the sonnet will come with 1.2-liter petrol, 1.5-liter diesel and 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine options. Gearbox options include 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 7-speed DCT and 6-speed intelligent manual transmission (iMT).
