Tata Altroz XT variant Specification.
Tata Motors has now added auto climate control features to the Tata Altroz XT variant. When Tata Motors' premium hatchback was launched, earlier this feature was available only in XZ and XZ (O) variants. Now the car manufacturer has made it more attractive by including this feature in the mid range variant XT.
Power and specification
In terms of power and specification, Tata Altroz has a petrol and diesel engine option. Its petrol variant has an 1199 cc petrol engine which generates torque of 113 Nm at 3300 Rpm, power of 86 Bhp at 6000 Rpm. At the same time, a diesel engine of 1497 cc has been given in its diesel variant, which generates power of 90 Bhp at 4000 Rpm and 200 Nm at 1250 - 3000 Rpm. Speaking of transmission, the engine is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Dimensions, braking system and suspension
Tata Altroz measures 3990 mm in length, width 1755 mm, height 1523 mm, wheelbase 2501 mm, weight 1150 kg, ground clearance 165 mm and boot space 345 liters in terms of dimensions. In terms of braking system, the Tata Altroz has a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. Talking about the suspension, the Altroz has independent McFarshan dual peth strut suspension with coil spring at the front and twist beam suspension with coil spring and shock absorber at the rear.
Price
In terms of price, the starting ex showroom price of Tata Altroz XT variant (Petrol) is Rs 6.84 lakhs. The diesel variant is priced at Rs 8.44 lakh. In terms of features, the Tata Altroz gets 348 liters of boot space capacity, push button start-stop, ambient lighting, rear AC vents, USB charging shock, fabric seats, cooled glovebox and cruise control.
