South Korean vehicle maker Kia Motors has confirmed its entry into the sub-4 meter segment in India. The company recently introduced its third car, the Kia Sonet. In which many segment-first features have been given. Let me tell you, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport and Hyundai Venue already exist in this segment in the Indian market. Right now in this article, we are going to tell you how this car can be heavy on these vehicles due to some of its features.

Largest Infotainment Screen and Ventilated Seats

Kia Sonet has the largest 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit in the segment. Which will support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with in-built navigation, connectivity options. Let me tell you, only a 9-inch touchscreen is available in the Ford EcoSport. Apart from this, ventilated seats have also been given option in this car. This feature first traveled from luxury brands to Hyundai Verna in 2017. However, now this feature will also be seen in Sonet.

Sound mood lighting and wireless charging

Sound mood lighting will also be featured in Kia Sonnet. Which will maintain the lighting according to your mood. Along with this, there is also the option of wireless charging. However, this feature is also available in Elite i20 and Venue. But with this feature in the sonnet, cooling vents have been provided under the wireless charging pad to protect the phone from overheating.

Traction bend and diesel AMT options

Kia Sonet will be launched with multiple drive modes. However, this feature will be limited only to the AMT variant of this car. Apart from this, Sonat will also be heavier than its rivals in terms of powertrain options. Because there is also an option of diesel variants with it. In addition, there will be only one AMT in the name of the two-pedal facility with the diesel model. Let me tell you, the Sonnet will be launched with a 6-speed automatic torque converter unit. Which will come with a 1.5-liter diesel engine.
