Citron has revealed all details of its upcoming C4 hatchback, a separate variants will be launch that completely dedicated to electric version, E-C4 is know as electic variant. The C4 launch to replace the C4 Cactus Cross hatchback so that the gap between traditional hatchback and SUV get filled in Market. New Citron C4 launch in three powertrain variant Petrol, Diesel and Electric, Citron C4 is first family hatchback in portfolio of parent company PSA Group to offer zero emission variant.
Citron C4 Exterior.
Citron C4 exterior design is based on first seen in production on new C3 recently. In Front design it get V shape signature light chrome chevron that stretch across the width of vehicle. The bonnet features a concave reflecting that taken from C5 Aircross SUV that launch in India Next year. The Front bumper black mated that add protection in small impact.
Citron C4 Electric Motor.
The Citron C4 is built on PSA Group CMP modular platform, which can accept both conventional and electric powertrain. The Electric version of C4 generate power of 136 hp and 260 Nm of torque which draw power from 50kWh battery. Citron Claims a range of 350 Km, 0-100 in 9.7 sec and top speed of 150 kph. The car also recover energy when decelerating and braking, comes with three drive modes -- Eco, Sports and Normal. The electric C4 is fitted with 11 kw that complete the charging around five hour on 32 amp home wallbox and a 100 kw fast charger which can achieve charging up to 80 percent in 30 minutes.

The Citron C4 will be offered with the choice of three 1.2 liter three cylinder turbo charge petrol engine . An 8 speed automatic gearbox is available on the most powerful petrol. There are also four cylinder diesel engine.
