Maruti Most Premium and Expensive Car in Indian Market will get Petrol Engine. Maruti Discontinue all the Diesel engine in all Model that are available in India. Maruti Convert its all diesel engine cars in BS 6 Petrol engine, As seen earlier this year Maruti Brezza facelift, Dzire Facelift and Now Maruti S-Cross.

Maruti S-Cross currently available 1,248 cc diesel engine that generate power of 90 hp and 200 Nm toque. All Maruti Variant are updated from BS 4 to BS 6 engine, On August 5 last model S-Cross will be updated with BS 6 petrol engine.

Update Maruti S-Cross ?

The S-Cross currently available in 1.3 liter diesel engine (Mild Hybrid Optional ) that generate power of 90 hp and 200 Nm. Now Maruti discontinue this Engine, S-Cross will get same engine as we seen first time in Ciaz and then Brezza Facelift. 1.5 liter Petrol engine that also know as K15B in Suzuki language which generate power of 105 hp and 138 Nm torque. New Engine equipped with 5 speed manual gear box and New 4 speed torque converter automatic gearbox first time in Variant. Old Diesel variant did't have automatic gearbox option.
