Jeep Compass Night Eagle launched in India; know price and features.

The Jeep Compass Night Eagle Edition is offered in both petrol and diesel engine options. This Limited Edition model is available in three variants. Compared to the standard model of the Jeep Compass, black treatment has been given outside and inside this special edition model.


Jeep has launched the Limited Edition model of the Compass SUV in the Indian market. Launched in the market called Jeep Compass Night Eagle Edition, the price of this model is between 20.14 lakh to 23.31 lakh rupees. It is the first global limited-edition model of the Jeep Compass SUV. Only 250 units of Jeep Compass Night Eagle will be sold in India. This limited-edition model of the Compass SUV is already available for sale in some global markets such as Brazil and the UK.

Night Eagle Exterior. 
Compass Night Eagle is available in four color options - Vocal White, Brilliant Black, Exotica Red and Magnacio Gray. The new Limited Edition model looks more sporty than the standard model of the compass, for which the styling of the SUV has been updated. Black treatment has been given outside and inside this special edition model.

The Special Edition SUV has special 'Night Eagle' badges on its side fenders and boot lid. The grille, front bumper, roof panel and window line are in black color. Also, the SUV's 18-inch alloy wheels are also black. The interior of the Jeep Compass Night Eagle is completely black in color, with a black techno-leather upholstery and a gloss black finish on the dashboard.


Features
The Jeep Compass Night Eagle Edition is based on the Longitude Plus variant of the standard compass. It features 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, key-less entry with push-button start, powered wing mirrors, front cornering lamps and reverse parking camera. Apart from this, features like Hill Descent Control, Hill Start Assist, Traction Control, Cruise Control and Electronic Stability Control are also available.

Power
The engines of the Compass Knight Eagle are the same as the regular Compass SUV. It has a 1.4-liter turbo-petrol engine, which generates 160 bhp power and 250 Nm peak torque. The engine is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Apart from this, the SUV also has the option of a 2.0-liter turbo-diesel engine, which generates 173 bhp power and 350 Nm peak torque. It has 6-speed manual and 9-speed automatic gearbox options.
