Exterior Update. 
Audi Q5 Facelift get New Design starting from front The New Octagonal single frame grill that is now shallower that before and losses the brushed silver bezel that connected it to headlamp. This make the grill look more larger than it is on Current Q5. The Front bumper has been reworked as well, now it is more fantastic, side air intake increase in size. 

Major Change on Q5 Facelift Exterior is headlight and taillight which is expected.  Audi Q5 Facelift now get totally new LED daytime running light setup that is lot sharper and more aggressive than outgoing model. LED headlamps are now standard and given in all the variant while the matrix headlamps are optional in top variants. The Tail lamps are also redesign and now come with OLED (Organic LED), Press lock and unlock button and rather cool pattern greets you. 

 
Interior Update. 
The Interior also get some major changes that attract most of customers. New 10.1 inch touch screen informant system that replace old 8.3 inch touch screen, New Informant system also get Amazon Alexa  support lead list of change. New Audi Q5 facelift also get connected feature with amazon alexa. In addition Audi will also offer 'function on demand' customer can demand any feature to add in its car. 

Engine Specification. 
Audi Q5 Facelift sell in international market with both Petrol and Diesel engine option. But Audi Q5 Facelift launch only with petrol engine in India. Q5 Facelift will be powered by 2.0 liter TFSI petrol engine which generate power of 245 hp and 370 Nm of torque. The Q5 also get mild- hybrid setup to increse fuel efficiency. All wheel drive option will be standard in Q5 facelift.
