WHICH ONE IS BETTER?

Tata harrier and jeep compass share their diesel engine but use different transmission. This make a different power and different comfort. Both the SUV are famous but we tell you which one is better to buy. Both diesel engine have Automatic transmission and jeep incidentally get diesel engine past few month ago. Harrier and Compass both nearly same engine and feature but the Jeep Compass is   2 lakh more expensive than harrier. Both have new BS 6 compliant diesel engine that generate power 170 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. 

The old engine BS 4 generate 140 bhp and now with update of engine 30 bhp power is more in new BS 6 engine. This increased power you fell on road that it generate. This BS 6 engine gives power to front wheel. This is front wheel drive and this need most of customer. The gear box has some delay in accelerate but in compass it respond quick when you need power.
In both SUV engine is same as tell earlier harrier 6 speed automatic transmission produce a good power, but in compass you get 9 speed transmission it get good response from engine and very smooth it get on write gear when you need power.

The tata harrier is much more heavy and large in size then jeep compass. The heavy hydraulic staring fell hard at low speed. This heavy staring make feel better experience when accelerate on highway at high speed.
As compare jeep compass get light and trim engine that you feel in city drive. This make fell little light in high speed. The Compass have all independent suspension but the harrier a simple torsion at rear.
